Hyderabadi Keema

Kheema Curry

Mughlai Mutton Keema Recipes

Ingredients :
Mutton kheema – 250gms
Fresh peas – 100 gms
Tomatoes – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chillie powder – 1 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt -to taste
Oil – 3 tbsp
Heat oil in a flat pan. Fry the chopped onions till they are soft and translucent. Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste . Saute for two minutes to remove the raw flavour. Now add washed and cleaned kheema, red chillie powder and salt as per ur taste and mix well. Fry this kheema mixture till all the water evaporates and its dry. Now add fresh peas, finely chopped tomatoes and mix well. Fry for two minutes and add half cup of water. Mix and cover with lid. Cook on medium heat till the kheema and peas are completely cooked and oil floats on top.Add garam masala powder and mix. Remove from fire and serve hot.
